How does pricing work?
Three engagement types. Discovery Sprint is a fixed $5,000 for one week of scoping. Product Build is fixed-price per agreed scope, from $25,000 (MVP) to $100,000+ (Complex). Retainer is monthly recurring for post-launch work. All Build pricing is fixed once scope is signed - no hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
Why fixed price instead of monthly?
Monthly billing aligns the agency with stretching work to fill time. Fixed price per scope aligns us with shipping the agreed deliverable as fast as possible. We commit to a scope and a number, and the math is yours to verify.
How do you decide which Build tier - MVP, Standard, or Complex?
The Discovery Sprint produces a milestone plan, a risk read, and a recommended tier with a fixed quote. If you skip Discovery, we can still scope an engagement, but a paid Sprint gives both sides cleaner numbers.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Change orders. Anything outside the signed scope gets re-priced as a fixed add-on, or rolled into a follow-up phase. We never silently meter you - you always see the new number before we touch new work.
What's included in the price?
Everything needed to deliver: strategy, design, full-stack engineering, QA, deployment, and project management. You own all code and assets from day one.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Most clients flow Discovery → Product Build → Retainer. If the product already exists, Discovery → Retainer is also common. We recommend the right path based on your stage.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. We are a services studio, not a co-founder substitute. Cash terms only.
What if I need something custom?

How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1-2 weeks of signing. For urgent projects we can sometimes start within days depending on team availability.
